Here is a little information regarding our Reservation Policies.

Reservation Policies and "No Show Fees"

To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we kindly request cancellations be made at least 1 hour before your reservation time to avoid a $50 per person no-show fee. By providing your credit card details upon booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We understand that unexpected events can occur, but your consideration in informing us of any changes is greatly valued. Your cooperation helps us serve you better and supports our staff. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in maintaining a positive experience for everyone.

Special Requests:

Please know that we do our best to accommodate special requests when your reservation is made, but we cannot make table changes upon your arrival.

Reservation Time-Stay:

In order for us to accommodate other patrons, our table stay consists of 1:45 hours for parties of 2 guests and 2:00 hours for parties of 3-4 guests. Thank you so much for understanding our current limitations!

Large Party Reservations:

We are unable to accept parties larger than 4 people online. If you'd like to have a larger party, please contact us via email at info@otmcafe.com Or you may call us direct, 253-284-3722 during normal hours so that we can assess your request. Please help us by not making multiple reservations online and then ask to be sat together as we simply cannot accommodate these requests at any time due to our limited capacity. If you reach out to us with a request, we will try our very best to try and see what we can do for you.

Parking Options:

There is paid parking on the street surrounding Opera Alley and is 75 cents per hour until 6:00 pm (Excludes Sundays and Holidays) In Opera Alley paid parking 75 cents per hour until 8:00 pm.  Treat yourself on Fridays or Saturdays and Uber or Lift!

Please note that there are several parking garages in Opera Alley and beware of parking in front of the garage doors as there are vehicles that need to exit and enter the garages. Towing trucks are very much active. Please be careful.

Holidays:

We are closed July 4th, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, to celebrate with family & friends.
